Why have all my storage heaters stopped at once?
When several heaters fail together, the common off-peak supply, metering, contactor or heating consumer unit should be checked before blaming individual heaters.
Can you test at night?
Where a fault depends on an off-peak period, we can plan the diagnosis around the available switching arrangement or use other testing evidence where appropriate.
Should I replace old storage heaters with panel heaters?
Not automatically. Running-cost implications, tariff, insulation, occupancy and hot-water setup should be considered before changing heating type.
