Experience & credentials

Real electric-heating work, not stock claims.

See actual Dimplex Quantum, EHC electric boiler and unvented-cylinder systems we work on, plus the credentials behind the service.

Real equipment. Real diagnostic work.

Search pages are more useful when they show the systems the engineer actually works on. These are customer-supplied job photographs from our work and inspections; no property address is published. They demonstrate experience across Dimplex Quantum, EHC electric boilers and unvented hot-water cylinders.

How this experience changes the diagnosis

An electric heating fault can sit in the appliance, the electrical circuit, a timer or contactor, Economy 7 switching, a thermostat, an immersion heater, a pump, a valve or the hydraulic side of a wet system. Our process starts with the symptom and works back through the system instead of automatically replacing the most visible component.

Electrical supply and protective device checked before condemning an appliance
Controls and switching checked before replacing heaters or cylinders
Direct and indirect hot-water arrangements identified before quoting
Manufacturer model and rating plate photographed where possible

Qualifications and claims

Electrical work is undertaken through NICEIC-registered capability and unvented-cylinder work through G3 qualification. Dimplex manufacturer training is specifically evidenced. Other manufacturer pages identify brands we work on; they do not claim that Berkshire Electric Heating is an authorised service agent for those manufacturers.
