Are electric boilers suitable for flats?
Often, yes. Flats are one of the strongest use cases because electric boilers need no combustion flue. The electrical supply, heat demand and hot-water expectations still need to be checked before choosing the output.
Do I need three-phase power?
Not always. Many domestic systems are available for single-phase supplies, but larger outputs can require three-phase. We assess supply capacity before specifying equipment.
Can an electric boiler run radiators?
Yes. Electric flow, system and combi boilers can serve wet radiators and many can work with underfloor heating when designed and controlled correctly.
Can you install the electrical circuit as well?
Yes. Electrical supply design and testing is a key part of the service, which helps avoid an appliance being selected before the site supply has been assessed.
Do you work in London flats?
