Cold storage heater or a Dimplex Quantum upgrade?

One cold heater or several?

Tell us whether one heater has failed or every heater has stopped charging. A shared overnight supply fault needs a different investigation from a failed component in one appliance. Note whether the display, fan or boost still works.

Replacing older storage heaters

A replacement should suit the room heat requirement and available wiring. Modern high heat-retention heaters may need a different control or supply arrangement. We check the chosen model and existing circuits before confirming the installation scope.

Yes. We first check circuit arrangements, supply capacity and room heat requirements so the new heater is suitable.

Why does my storage heater need two supplies?

Many high heat-retention models use an off-peak supply for charging and a 24-hour supply for controls and boost functions.
