When you contact us we may receive your name, telephone number, email address, postcode or service address, details of the heating or hot-water issue, photographs or documents you choose to provide, and correspondence about the enquiry or work.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange and carry out requested work, keep appropriate job and accounting records, deal with warranties or complaints, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not ask you to provide information that is unrelated to the work.
