Book the right visit
For a breakdown, send the make, model, fault code and whether heating, hot water or both have failed. For a replacement, tell us about the existing boiler, property size and hot-water arrangement. This helps us distinguish a repair enquiry from an installation survey.
Electric boilers in flats and managed buildings
Confirm whether the appliance belongs to your flat or forms part of a communal system. For managed properties, arrange permission and access to the relevant cupboard and electrical equipment. Tell us about concierge access, parking and any restrictions on working hours when requesting a visit.
Look beyond the boiler display
A control, pump, valve, electrical circuit or separate cylinder can cause a loss of heating or hot water. We investigate the connected system and explain the findings before recommending parts. If a communal supply is involved, the building manager may need to arrange access or a separate contractor.
Planning a London electric boiler replacement
Available electrical capacity, heat demand and cylinder requirements determine the proposed system. The existing boiler rating alone is not enough to specify a replacement. A quotation should explain the appliance, control changes, circuit work, plumbing alterations and commissioning.
Availability and charges
London appointments are agreed by postcode and job requirements. We confirm availability and any travel or access-related charges before you book. We do not promise a same-day repair before checking the fault, parts position and access.
